What Is a Slinger / Signaller?
A Slinger / Signaller is responsible for safely attaching and detaching loads to lifting equipment (such as cranes or telehandlers), ensuring balanced load handling, and guiding the operator with correct signals throughout lifting operations.
This is a critical safety role under LOLER and PUWER regulations.
