What Does a Vehicle/Plant Marshaller Do?
A Plant and Vehicle Marshaller (also called a banksman or traffic marshal) ensures the safe movement of vehicles and machinery on-site. They use hand signals or communication devices to guide operators, manage blind spots, and prevent collisions—critical in busy construction and logistics environments.
